  • 75 min Yoga Asana (poses) including a meditation in the beginning and a relaxation (shavasana) at the end. 

  • 20 min pranayama (breath work) to calm the mind and summon Prana- life energy to the body

  • 20 min Mantra meditation to embody our intentions and clear the mind
